A guided tour of the QliqCHAT secure texting app for care teams: same credentials as the legacy app, messages carried forward automatically, plus Mark All Read, starred messages, in-chat calling, Snap & Sign, and Qliq-Assisted Calling with caller ID masking.
The new QliqCHAT app is the enhancement to the Qliq mobile and QliqCONNECT apps: a new look with all the same great features, plus more. You log in with the same credentials you have on your Qliq legacy app, so there is no administrative burden to set up a new account, and the messages from your legacy app within the seven-day retention period automatically populate in QliqCHAT.
Mark All Read is new: if you come back from a week of vacation to hundreds of unread messages you do not need to act on, one tap clears the notifications. You can also mark conversations as favorites by starring them, so just those conversations show in your starred view, and you can star an individual message, like a flow sheet for Friday's clinic, as a reminder to yourself; every starred message collects under Starred Messages in your menu.
In single-party chats, you can start a call or a video call to that person right from the top of the conversation, or from the contact details, when your group has those features enabled. A question-mark icon by your name replays the built-in tutorials at any time, the same walkthroughs every first-time user sees at login, showing where to find features and how to perform common actions.
Snap & Sign, an additional feature your organization can enable, handles documents that need signatures: take a photo of a PDF or open an attachment sent to you, then fill and sign it, add a signature and change its color, add pretext, checkmarks, a date, free-draw, or circle areas, and attach the signed document back into a Qliq message.
Qliq-Assisted Calling, another optional feature, hides your personal caller ID: a phone number provided by your organization shows up instead of your own cell number. It works for calling any contact in QliqCHAT or free-dialing any number outside your Qliq network.
Additional features such as On-Call Schedules, texting non-Qliq users, Visit Path, and barcode scan appear in the left-hand menu when your organizational group has them enabled; if your organization does not, the icons simply do not appear.
In a 30-minute demo mapped to your agency's workflows, intake, scheduling, between-visit monitoring, HHCAHPS readiness, we'll show you exactly where the numbers start to move.
