For more than a decade, QliqSOFT has helped healthcare deliver HIPAA-compliant, real-time communication between clinicians, caregivers, patients, and families. Today more than 1,000 healthcare organizations run on the platform, and our focus is the fastest-growing setting in medicine: care delivered at home.
Krishna Kurapati founded QliqSOFT in 2011 after two decades in technology entrepreneurship, with a conviction that the hardest problems in healthcare communication, fragmented teams, unreachable patients, undocumented decisions, could be solved with well-designed, AI-powered digital tools. The company started by giving care teams HIPAA-compliant secure texting when the alternative was pagers and personal phones. Then it removed the biggest barrier between providers and patients by making engagement work with no app, no portal, and no password, just a text and a browser. Today the platform spans staff collaboration, patient and family engagement, digital intake, scored assessments, virtual visits, real-time translation, and AI voice agents, purpose-built for the organizations that deliver care where patients actually live.
We believe technology is a catalyst for the deep changes modern healthcare needs. It has the power to create connections and efficiencies that improve patient and provider experience, costs, quality, and outcomes. Our mission is to create and continuously improve tools that support those changes, that drive meaningful interactions across care teams, and that ultimately change lives.
One industry, since day one. Every feature is shaped by clinical workflows, compliance reality, and the people doing the work.
The fewer steps between a patient and their care team, the more care happens. Simplicity is a design principle, not a compromise.
Named customers, sourced statistics, and calculators you can argue with. If we claim it, you can check it.
Implementation, training, and success monitoring are part of the product, and the phone gets answered.
